What I collect
Only what's needed to quote and service insurance for you. Typically that means your name and contact details, information about the property, vehicles, or business you want covered, and details about your current or prior coverage and loss history.
If you move forward with a policy, the carrier may collect more, including things like motor vehicle records for auto or prior loss reports for property. Those are the carrier's collections under their own notices, and they'll tell you about them.
What I do with it
I use it to prepare quotes, submit applications to carriers on your behalf, service policies I've placed, and communicate with you about your coverage. That's the whole list.
Who sees it
Insurance carriers and wholesale brokers I submit your information to, in order to quote or place coverage. Service providers that help run the business, such as an agency management system, under agreements limiting what they can do with it. And anyone I'm legally required to disclose to, including regulators.
I do not sell your information, and I don't share it with unaffiliated companies for their own marketing.
Your choices
- You can ask what information I hold about you and ask for corrections.
- You can ask me to stop contacting you at any time, by any channel, and I will.
- You can decline to provide information, though it may mean I can't quote accurately or at all.

This website
Forms. When you submit the quote or contact form, what you typed is sent to me by email and arrives at an address on this domain. It is not written to a database on this site and is not stored on the web server. The email is the record.
Who handles it in transit. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, and the form submission passes through an email delivery service in order to reach my inbox. My email is hosted by Zoho. Each of those providers handles the message under its own terms while it is passing through or stored.
How long I keep it. If you become a client, California law requires me to keep records of the transaction, and I keep them for at least that long. If you don't, I keep the correspondence only as long as it is useful and then delete it. You can ask me to delete it sooner.
Bot protection. The forms use a hidden field and may use Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated submissions. Turnstile is designed to work without tracking you across sites.
Analytics. [State plainly whether any analytics are running. If none, say none. Update this line the day that changes.]
Please don't send sensitive numbers through the forms. Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, and account numbers should not go in a web form or ordinary email. If I need them later, I'll tell you a secure way to send them.
